Fuding Wild Old White Tea
Baimudan White (Pressed)
Harvested from the wild tea trees on Taimu Shan and processed traditionally, this is the Fuding White Tea that was quietly enjoyed for centuries before white tea's recent explosion in popularity. It is said of white tea that after one year it becomes tea, after three years it becomes medicine, and after seven years it becomes treasure.
Light and refreshing, berries and lemon, herbs, a strong honey sweetness and a medicinal note. A hint of red tea/oriental beauty flavor from the semi-oxidation.
5.5g leaf /~80ml pot or gaiwan /Boiling water

This tea truly excels in everything that I've ever considered to be "tea". I've been messing around buying a few grams here and there and finally committed to a full cake. One of my top recommendations on Spiritwood, however it is hard to go wrong. Brew strong and enjoy.
